کتاب جامع، خواندنی و گویا است. مطالب کتاب در سه بخش اصلی و در ادامه در 16 فصل تقسیم شده است. بخش اول، یعنی مقدمه و مبانی شامل سه فصل است. مقدمه ای بر حرکت شناسی، مبانی تشریحی و فیزیولوژیکی حرکت انسان، و مفاهیم اولیه بیومکانیکی. بخش دوم و اصلی کتاب، یعنی حرکت شناسی نواحی بدن در 9 فصل به طول زیاد، نواحی مختلف بدن، یعنی کمربند شانه، شانه، آرنج و مفاصل رادیولنار، مچ دست و دست، کمربند لگنی، لگن، زانو را پوشش می دهد. ، مچ پا و پا و ستون فقرات. بخش سوم، یعنی مهارت های حرکتی: اصول و کاربرد شامل چهار فصل است که هر فصل یکی در مورد وضعیت بدنی، حرکت، کاربرد حرکت شناسی در فعالیت های انتخابی زندگی روزمره و مهارت های ورزشی و پیشگیری از آسیب های ورزشی است: دیدگاه مکانیکی و حرکت شناسی.
